Reflection about meditation

Hello everybody !

Hoping that they are well, in difficult times I would like to talk  about a video that I recently saw on internet. This spoke about meditation, and its positive effects on our mental health.

Efectos beneficiosos de la meditación y el mindfulness sobre la ...

The video seemed to me very important, and necessary to se, for these times in confinement, due to coronavirus. The video shows that the meditacion contribute to imporve the physiological functioning of our body, and especially of our brain and the mental health.

However, by way of personal criticism, I must confess that I never meditated, and less in these days of confinement. This, because I had never taken seriously the positive effects of meditation. So, always saw meditacion as not very credible.

Now, that I've seen this video, I know the positive effects of meditation, and think it could help me in these times, because in these days I felt  agitated, and anxious product of the days of confinement, and the uncertainty of when it ends. So, meditation could help me to alleviate those negative feelings. When the English class start, I felt excited to learn about this language. However, during these months I have had more problems to concentrate, which I hope to be able to solve soon.

Regards everybody and take care!

My dogs

Hi everyone!
On this day, I will talk about of my dogs.
My dogs are very peculiar. They are three german shepherds. The oldest is five years old, and its name is Neron. This dog was the first to arrive to the family in 2013. During this years, it has been caracterized for its closeness and depedence for us. All day its wants to stay with someone from the family. For the same, Neron is the most affectionate of my dogs
Secondly, it´s found Violeta. This dog is five years old, and arrived to the family in July of 2014. Violeta it has been caracterized during this years for being playful and independent of us. She has her own world, and can play alone with his ball all day. In that sense, Violeta is the perfect dog.
In the last place, my third dog is named "Chico". This dog is three years, and born in October 9 of 2015. Also, this dog is the son of Neron and Violeta. Chico has been caracterized for its tenderness and dependence, but not on us. Chico is very dependence from his parents. He never likes to be separated from them. In this sense, Chico is very cute!
Definitely my dogs are peculiar, but I love all equally <3 !
